Thank you for visiting and shopping at LSH Ministries. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we, or any of our shipping couriers, are experiencing a high volume of packages, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you choose “Life Starts Here Shipping,” you can expect your order to be delivered either by USPS or UPS.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Life Starts Here Ministries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
Life Starts Here is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please (1) save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and (2) e-mail us at info@lshministries.com with your shipping number and details pertaining to the incident. To assist in processing your claim, please include photos of the damage.
Due to the rise of “porch pirates” and “missing package fraud,” we cannot guarantee our ability to replace your items or refund your order should your package go missing. After a package is marked “delivered” by the courier, it is out of our control and each instance will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that wrongfully reporting missing deliveries (that is, reporting a package as stolen when you did actually receive it,) is considered tampering with the mail and is a federal crime.
Order Returned to Sender
If an order delivery fails and is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you or do not hear from you within two weeks of us receiving the order, your entire order will be refunded. If this happens a second time on “Life Starts Here Domestic Shipping,” we will refund your order but there will be a $5 fee to aid our shipping costs. Please double check your shipping address to make sure you include apartment or unit numbers if applicable.
International Shipping Policy
Life Starts Here Ministries ships worldwide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. By selecting “Life Starts Here Worldwide,” you are waiving your choice of courier in exchange for a discounted shipping rate.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The estimated delivery time will vary from country to country. For more concrete estimates, choose the shipping method that best meets your needs.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Currency
The prices on our site are in US Dollars by default and can be converted to Canadian Dollars, British Pounds Sterling, Australian Dollars, and Euros by using the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of our site.
Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Life Starts Here Ministries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Therefore, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
Legal Importer
The recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
